Origin of variety
Shuixian has a long history of planting in Wuyi mountain Tea District. It is the leading breed in Mount Wuyi. It is praised as “the aristocrat of Fujian tea” because of its fragrant and elegant flower fragrance and mellow taste.
This shuixian tea grows in mountains with fertile soil and lush vegetation. Its root system and surrounding plants absorb natural nutrients from the soil, thus creating more complex aromatic compounds and tea contents. Tea leaves undergo baking and transformation, emitting a unique and rich floral fragrance. The tea soup is orange yellow and transparent, viscous and soft.This is one of my favorite teas because I can smell the elegant floral aroma and drink the sweet woody flavor, as if I am surrounded by flowers and plants in the mountains. This natural flavor is intoxicating.

3- Stages of Gongfu Brewing
Warm the gaiwan or teapot
Add the tea leaves to the brewing vessel
Gently shake the leaves to release their aroma
Pour 100°C hot water gently along the side of the gaiwan
Pour from high or low, depending on your preference
