Origin of variety
Rougui is named for its cinnamon fragrance and pungent taste. It is one of the three leading varieties in Mount Wuyi. It has a high amino acid content and high-quality appearance, making it a popular variety in the market.
This rougui grows in a small environment with natural ecology and scattered mountain pits and streams. In addition to the unique spicy taste of the variety itself, the tea maker also used fruit charcoal to bake the tea three times, allowing the fruit and cream aromas in the tea to be released more. During the tasting process, there are layered changes in our oral cavity, with the first part being refreshing, the middle part being spicy, and the last part being sweet. Its biggest feature is that the tea soup is clean and transparent, with a rich flavor.
