Origin of variety
Longjing green tea is one of the top ten famous teas in China and originates from the beautiful city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang. This Longjing tea grows in an environment with a mild climate, abundant rainfall, and fertile soil. Through traditional stir – frying techniques, it has formed the unique quality of Longjing tea.
The aroma of Longjing tea is fresh and unique. Its fresh grassy aroma, delicate floral fragrance, and beany scent can instantly transport you to the beautiful scenery of spring. When you take a sip, as soon as the tea touches the tip of your tongue, the fresh and brisk feeling “explodes” immediately, full of the vibrant energy of spring. Immediately afterwards, a mellow sweetness spreads slowly, leaving a lasting sweet aftertaste in the mouth. After swallowing the tea, the wonderful taste of freshness and sweetness still remains between your lips and teeth, making you indulge in it and can’t help but take another sip.

Speciality Tea for Every Taste
If you want to savor the freshness of this tea, try the slow water-pouring method. It'll result in a clear, refreshing cup. Alternatively, brew it directly in a glass or a mug, letting the tea leaves unfurl freely. To prevent a bitter taste, don't steep the tea for too long. This tea is perfect for cold brewing, offering an even more refreshing flavor. Why not give both brewing methods a try?
We're committed to building a sustainable ecosystem of diverse tea gene varieties with tea lovers and farmers, and initiating the Minor Tea Variety Protection Plan. Come and try our scarce variety combination! One box, three flavors, filled with wild stories waiting for you to explore. ($0.25 from each purchase goes to the cultivation of minor tea varieties.)
