Shipping Process

Our international shipping typically consists of two phases:

Pre-clearance (Origin to Destination Country)

  • Your parcel receives an initial tracking number when it departs from China.
  • This stage will not trigger an automatic update email. If needed, please contact customer service for tracking details.

Post-clearance (Final Mile Delivery) 

  • Once customs clearance is complete, a new tracking number is issued for last-mile delivery by a local carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.).
  • You will receive a shipping update via email at this stage, and you can always track your order in My Account > Orders.

We use air freight shipping to ensure prompt delivery. Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days. During busy seasons, please allow 3–5 additional days for processing.

Special Notes on Teaware & Large Parcels

For the safety of delicate items like full teaware sets or large fragile goods, we may split the order into multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, and you will receive updates accordingly.

Delivery Inspection & Proof

To ensure your satisfaction and support any future claims:

  • Please inspect your parcel before signing.
  • If you notice visible damage or unusual handling, take photos or videos immediately.
  • After receiving the product, check the contents as soon as possible.
  • If any product is damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos and shipping information).

Failure to report issues in a timely manner after confirmed delivery may affect our ability to process replacements or compensation.

Order Cancellation & Edits

We accept order cancellations or changes within 48 hours of payment.

  • Once the package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If an error occurred (e.g., wrong shipping address or product selected), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help update the order before shipment.

Please note: If a cancellation is requested after the package has been processed, original shipping costs will not be refunded unless due to product error.

Refunds & Customer Care

We understand sometimes cancellations or refunds are necessary. That said:

  • We offer a refund guarantee, and you are welcome to contact us with concerns.
  • However, all cancellations/refunds involve transaction fees charged by third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). These are not refunded by those platforms, and we will cover these fees ourselves — we do not pass them on to you.
  • That’s why we kindly ask you to communicate with us before applying for a refund — we would love the opportunity to resolve any concerns in advance.
Refund Options

We offer flexible refund options for every order:

Refund to Store Credit

  • Extra Reward: Enjoy an extra $5 credit when choosing Store Credit as your refund method.
  • No Expiration: Store Credit never expires and can be used at any time.
  • Stackable: Can be combined with coupons and other discounts at checkout.
  • Instant Processing: Once approved, the amount will be added to your account immediately.

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Refund includes only the actual amount paid, with no bonus credit.
  • It will take 3–10 business days for the amount to return to your payment method after approval.
  • Certain payment providers (e.g., PayPal) may charge non-refundable transaction fees.

Tip: For a faster, more rewarding experience, we recommend choosing Store Credit. It offers quicker availability and can be used for your next purchase without delay. If you’re planning to reorder or maximize your refund value, Store Credit is the smarter choice.

Note: If your order was placed using a coupon, the refund will only include the amount paid. Coupons are non-refundable and will not be reissued unless otherwise stated.

Food Safety Returns Policy

Due to food safety regulations:

  • We do not accept returns for edible items.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences.
Product Quality Issues

If your order arrives with damage, spoilage, or defective packaging:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your order date.
  • Provide photos and relevant information.
  • Upon verification, we offer replacements or store credit.
  • All claims are reviewed individually, and certain limitations may apply.

Note: Tea is an agricultural product, and seasonal variations in taste are natural. We recommend starting with our Teaser sample sizes before ordering full quantities.
